Member Terms and Conditions

1. Accepting these Terms

By completing the free trial form, subscribing, accepting a sponsored invitation, or writing a letter through an invitation, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Blueprint Gift provides

Blueprint Gift, operated by Care Bloom LLC, writes illustrative wellness plans with artificial intelligence and emails them to you as documents. You choose your interests from fixed lists; there is no chat and no direct use of the AI.

• Free trial: up to two plans, with a taste of the features for people you care for, pets and travel. One free trial per email address.
• Subscription: a monthly plan for you and for up to three people you care for, each in their own language; up to two Express plans a month; care sheets for the people, children and pets in your care, sent on request; a Letters Group for each person you care for; and two short reminder emails each month.

We may improve, change or retire features, and will keep the core of what you paid for during your subscription year.

3. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Your sign-in links are personal: do not forward them, because anyone holding a current link can open your profile.

4. Sponsored access

If an employer or organization provides your access, its agreement with us governs eligibility and payment, and these Terms govern your use. Your sponsor does not receive your profile, the people you care for, letters or plan content. If the sponsorship ends, you may continue as a personal subscriber.

5. Price and payment

A subscription costs $29 for one year, paid in advance through Stripe. It does not renew automatically: you choose whether to subscribe again. If we fail to deliver your plans, we will refund you. Organizations follow the Sponsor Terms and their pricing schedule.

6. People you add

You may add people you care for ("proxies"), your children, your pets and, for each proxy, a Letters Group of family and friends. You must have each person's permission to give us their details and, for the Letters Group, to have us email them. Letters Group contacts must be adults. A child may write through a parent or guardian's invitation. You receive the plans and care sheets for the people you add, and you decide how to share them. You can remove anyone at any time, and their details are removed with them.

7. If you write a letter

If you were invited to write to someone, you confirm that you are an adult, that your letter is respectful, and that you have the right to share any photo you send. You allow us to print your letter and photo in that person's plan, to translate the letter into their language, and to show the member who invited you. We delete letters and photos after delivery. You can stop all future invitations with the link in any invitation.

8. Not medical advice, and about AI

Plans are general wellness and lifestyle ideas only. They are not medical, mental-health or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are no substitute for a professional. AI can produce mistakes or out-of-date information. Check anything that matters, especially places, times and health-related suggestions, before acting on it. Care sheets show only what you entered; keep them up to date.

9. Acceptable use

Use the service for yourself and the people you care for. Do not enter false, harmful, abusive or unlawful content, or details about anyone without their permission. Do not try to reach the AI directly, reverse engineer the service or get around its limits. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

10. Ownership and your licence

The Blueprint Gift system, its patent-pending technology and its design belong to Care Bloom LLC. Your plans are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: you may print them, keep them and share them with the people they were written for and those who care for them. Do not sell them or publish them commercially. You keep ownership of what you enter, and allow us to use it to provide the service to you.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about plans, places or suggestions, or about uninterrupted delivery.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Care Bloom LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims, losses and costs that arise from information you enter about other people without their permission, or from your breach of these Terms.

14. Ending your account

You can stop at any time and ask us to erase your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

16. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date, and email members before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
