Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our websites and services, including completing the free trial form or accepting a Sponsor-provided invitation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description Blueprint Gift (operated by Care Bloom LLC) provides a patent-pending, AI-powered illustrative wellness planning tool.
- Free Trial includes up to two Blueprint Gifts.
- Subscription includes one Periodic plan and optional Express plans, with expanded limits on interests, pets, travel, and proxies.
- Inputs are restricted: only email and name allow free text; all other fields use controlled dropdown menus. There is no direct user interaction with the AI module.
Sponsor-Provided Access If your access is provided by a Sponsor (employer or other organization), eligibility is governed by the Sponsor’s agreement with Care Bloom LLC. Your individual use remains subject to these Member Terms and the Privacy Notice. Your Sponsor receives only aggregated, de-identified statistics and does not receive your plan content, interests, proxies, or personal usage details.
AI-Generated Content All wellness plans are generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, outdated information, or incomplete suggestions.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any generated plan.
- You (and any proxy users) are solely responsible for verifying all information with qualified professionals before any use.
Intellectual Property
- The Blueprint Gift system, patent-pending technology, algorithms, user interface, and all generated wellness plans are the exclusive intellectual property of Care Bloom LLC / Blueprint Gift.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the generated plans for your private, non-commercial wellness planning purposes only.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or publicly share the system or outputs without our prior written consent.
- You retain ownership of the specific inputs you provide but grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to generate plans and improve the service.
User Accounts & Proxy Users
- You must provide accurate information. Each email is limited to one free trial.
- You may optionally add people designated as proxies. You receive the plans generated for those proxies and may distribute them. You are fully responsible for obtaining consent from any proxy users, for all data you provide on their behalf, and for how you share their plans. You control proxy data.
Subscriptions & Payments Individual subscription terms, pricing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are set forth in the applicable checkout flow or order confirmation. Sponsor-paid access follows the Sponsor Terms and the separate Pricing Schedule.
User Conduct
- Only family-friendly, non-harmful inputs are permitted.
- You warrant that all information provided (including for proxies) is accurate, consensual, and not misleading.
- You agree not to submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Disclaimers See the Important Disclaimer presented when you save your inputs. The service is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all liability for AI-generated inaccuracies or any resulting outcomes.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care Bloom LLC and Blueprint Gift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $100 if no payment was made).
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, proxy data, or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms govern purchase of access to the browser-based Blueprint Gift wellness plan Service (“Service”) by the purchasing organization (“Sponsor”).
1. Acceptance Checking the acknowledgment box and completing Stripe payment constitutes acceptance by an authorized representative. The Stripe receipt confirms the binding agreement (including the incorporated Data Processing Addendum and the Pricing Schedule).
2. Service & Non-Medical Nature The Service generates illustrative wellness plan ideas from self-selected Health and Hobby interests. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. Sponsor will not represent it as clinical.
3. Eligibility Data Sponsor supplies only the minimum necessary identifiers (typically work email addresses) to generate 24-hour invitation links. Sponsor is solely responsible for any required notices or consents. Care Bloom processes that data solely under the Data Processing Addendum. Members are encouraged to complete registration with a personal email address, so their ongoing account is independent of the Sponsor.
4. Member Access Eligible Members must accept the separate Member Terms and Privacy Notice. Sponsor receives only aggregated, de-identified utilization statistics. No individual plans, interests, proxies, or usage data are shared.
5. Fees & Payment For Members are set forth in the separate Pricing Schedule (incorporated by reference and available at the same location as these Terms). Fees selected at checkout are locked for the current subscription term, non-cancelable, and non-refundable except as required by law. Payment is processed by Stripe; Care Bloom does not store full card details.
6. Term & Termination Initial term is one year (or as stated at checkout). Auto-renewal applies if selected; Sponsor may cancel future renewals by the method provided. Care Bloom may suspend or terminate for non-payment or material breach.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARE BLOOM’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY SPONSOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NO CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Indemnification Sponsor indemnifies Care Bloom against claims arising from provision of eligibility data without proper authority or notice, or from any representation that the Service is medical or clinical.
9. General This Agreement (plus the Data Processing Addendum, Pricing Schedule, and order confirmation) is the entire agreement. Governing law: State of Florida. Notices to the contact information provided at checkout.

Introduction We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Care Bloom LLC / Blueprint Gift (“we,” “us,” “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our websites and services, including free trials, subscriptions, and Sponsor-provided access.
Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Email and name (free text fields).
- Structured Data: City/State, gender, age range, health/hobby/lifestyle interests, statuses, priorities, pet/travel details, all selected exclusively from predefined dropdown menus.
- Proxy User Data: Same categories for individuals you choose to support.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser information (for security and service improvement).
- Sponsor Eligibility Data: When a Sponsor purchases access, we receive limited identifiers, (primarily work email addresses or other non-sensitive identifiers chosen by the Sponsor) solely to verify eligibility and send invitation links.
We do not collect free-form text beyond name/email, medical records, diagnoses, or protected health
information (PHI). There is no direct interaction with the AI module.
Controller / Processor Roles
- When a Sponsor supplies eligibility identifiers, the Sponsor is the controller of that limited data and Care Bloom LLC acts as processor under the Data Processing Addendum.
- Once a Member accepts an invitation and submits interests, adds proxies, or generates a plan, Care Bloom LLC is the controller of that Member-generated information.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI-powered personalized wellness plans.
- To fulfill free trials, subscriptions, and Sponsor-provided access.
- To improve our patent-pending system.
- For service-related communications.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To generate aggregated, de-identified utilization statistics for Sponsors (never individual plans, interests, or usage data).
AI Processing Wellness plans are generated using artificial intelligence. While we use reasonable efforts to provide helpful outputs, AI may produce inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on generated plans.
Sharing Your Information We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements.
- As required by law or in the event of a business transfer (merger/acquisition).
Proxy data remains under your account control. Sponsor eligibility data is never combined with Member plan content for sharing back to the Sponsor.
Data Retention & Deletion Eligibility data is retained for the subscription term plus a short wind-down period, then deleted as a normal course of business. Member data follows our standard retention schedule or is deleted upon request (subject to legal holds). Residual backup copies are purged in the ordinary cycle.
Data Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure.
Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data (subject to legal limits).
- Opt-out of non-essential communications.
- California residents: Additional CCPA/CPRA rights apply. You control proxy data you provide; proxy users should contact you directly.
Children’s Privacy Our service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data
from minors.
Changes to This Policy We may update this policy. Continued use of our sites constitutes acceptance of changes.
